Intro and Day 1

Isagenix newbie here! My name is Megan and I am just getting started with the 30 day weight loss program that Isagenix offers. I never would have tried this if my friend didn't talk me into doing it with her. I am glad she did because I am so miserable right now. I have been over 200 pounds 4 times in my life. I have lost 75 pounds 3 times and gained it back 3 times. Today I was a whooping 206.8 which is a weight I have not seen in the last 5 years. I am mad at myself. I am an over eater. That is my disease. I feel like I lose control. I bet I have days where I can easily eat 15,000 calories. So, with all of that said here I am again...on the quest to get back into my size 8 jeans.

Today was day 1 of my Isagenix journey. I have not received my actual Isagenix kit yet so I borrowed 4 packets of shakes from my friend until mine arrives. So, I am missing some of the supplements needed for today. It is scheduled to be her tomorrow. Here is my food journal for today:

Isagenix - Isalean Pro (Packets) - Natural Chocolate
Diet Coke - Diet Coke 12 oz

Generic - Fresh Green Mango, 0.5 cup

PM Snack
Village Hearth - Light - Wheat Bread, 2 slice
Kroger - Reduced Sugar Strawberry Jam, 1 tbsp

Dinner
Isagenix - Isalean Pro - Natual Vanilla, 1 packet

Calories Carbs Fat Protein Fiber Sodium
Totals 1,098 115 33 101 26 880

I am not sure if my calories are supposed to be that low but I'm still learning and trying to figure all of this out. As for my hunger, I had none. I did take a phentermine that was prescribed for my by my physician. So, not sure if that is what did it or if the shakes really kept me full. I think the phentermine will be helpful until I get into the routine of the Isagenix. But, I also think that my lunch meal needed about 100 more calories. Right now I am learning everything I know from what I have found on the web. There is quite a bit on Pinterest. I hope my kit gets here soon so we'll see what happens.
